Work Experience
GoCo.io — Lead Designer & Product Manager
I worked cross-functionally with the team to help grow GoCo to over $16M ARR and raise $27M. My areas of contributions included:
Product Design / Branding: Designed the UI / UX, branding, functional prototypes and product specs for 100+ features.
Business Strategy & Vision: I created vision and business presentations that laid out the future of the product which helped gain excitement and alignment across the team, investors and partners, and helped raise over $27M in investment capital.
Product Management: Interviewed customers & stakeholders, created specs and prototypes, and worked closely with engineers to deliver hundreds of features and enhancements that captured over 6,200 small business customers.
Design Systems: I helped create a design system with over 100 reusable UI components built in React and Figma which helped improve the app quality and feature delivery speed.
Engineering: I contributed to the GoCo codebase by building reusable ReactJS components, fixing bugs and improving the quality of the app experience and design, and developed and maintained the www.goco.io marketing website.

Designed & developed e-commerce websites that helped customers increase their revenue, and built integrations that synced thousands of products between the point of sale systems and websites helping customers increase sales and efficiencies.
